Governor's Executive Orders (2008)
- Executive Order 08-17 - Extends the declaration of emergency contained in Executive Order 08-14 and the terms of Executive Order 08-15. (April 29th)
- Executive Order 08-15 - Orders the organized militia into active service. (April 1st)
- Executive Order 08-14 - Declares a state of emergency and directs the Missouri State Emergency Operations Plan be activated. (April 1st)
- Executive Order 08-13 - Lieutenant Governor Peter Kinder authorizes to expand the number of state employees allowed to participate in the Missouri Mentor Initiative. (March 27th)
- Executive Order 08-12 - Authorizes the Director of the Missouri Department of Natural Resources to temporarily waive or suspend the operation of any statutory or administrative rule or regulation currently in place under his purview in order to best serve the interests of the public health and safety during the period of the emergency and the subsequent recovery period. (March 21st)
- Executive Order 08-11 - Calls organized militia into active service. (March 18th)
- Executive Order 08-10 - Declares a State of Emergency exists in the State of Missouri and directs the Missouri State Emergency Operations Plan be activated. (March 18th)
- Executive Order 08-09 - Establishes the Missouri Civil War Sesquicentennial Commission. (March 6th)
- Executive Order 08-08 - Orders that the Director of the Missouri Department of Natural Resources is vested with full discretionary authority to temporarily waive or suspend the operation of any statutory or administrative rule or regulation currently in place under his purview in order to best serve the interests of the public health and safety during the period of the emergency and the subsequent recovery period. (February 20th)
- Executive Order 08-07 - Declares that a State of Emergency exists in the State of Missouri. (February 12th)
- Executive Order 08-06 - Orders and directs the Adjutant General of the State of Missouri, or his designee, to call and order forthwith into active service such portions of the organized militia as he deems necessary to aid the executive officials of Missouri, to protect life and property. (February 12th)
- Executive Order 08-05 - Extends the declaration of emergency contained in Executive Order 07-34 and the terms of Executive Orders 07-36 and 07-39 through March 15, 2008, for the purpose of continuing the cleanup efforts in the affected Missouri communities
- Executive Order 08-04 - Transfers authority of the sexual assault evidentiary kit and exam payment program from the Department of Health and Senior Services to the Department of Public Safety by Type 1 transfer. (February 6th)
- Executive Order 08-03 - Activates state militia in response to aftermath of severe weather that began on January 7, 2008 (January 11th)
- Executive Order 08-02 - Declares State of Emergency in the state of Missouri and directs the Missouri State Emergency Operations Plan be activated. (January 11th)
- Executive Order 08-01 - Establishes the post of Missouri Poet Laureate. (February 20th)
