First Lady Melanie Blunt along with Mary Cottom of the Missouri Women’s Council presents a $23,000 check to Deb Bisges with the Show-Me Healthy Women Program. The funds raised through the sale of the pink breast cancer awareness license plates are used to provide breast cancer services to eligible Missouri women ages 40-49.
