Reading to Elementary Children:  Springfield

April 14, 2008- Governor Matt Blunt and First Lady Melanie Blunt along with their son, William Branch, visited teachers and students at Delaware Elementary School where they read, The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein to a second grade classroom.
