August 23, 2006 - First Lady Melanie Blunt tapes a PSA encouraging women to be proactive in the battle against breast cancer. Mrs. Blunt encourages all women to display the official Missouri Women's Council Pink Ribbon Plate on their vehicles to help increase breast cancer awareness.
