Dedication of George Washington Carver State Office Building

September 5, 2006 - Mrs. Melanie Blunt attends the ceremony honoring the memory and the many accomplishments of Dr. George Washington Carver. Governor Blunt issued Executive Order 06-08 renaming the building housing the Department of Agriculture as the George Washington Carver State Office Building.
