September 7, 2005 - Governor Matt Blunt and First Lady Melanie Blunt encourage parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles to consider investing in Missouri’s MO$T program in order to save money for their children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews to help pay for college. The Blunts opened a MO$T account for their son William Branch Blunt.
