May 1, 2007 - Cindy Brinkley, president of AT&T Missouri, announces that as a result of SB 284 signed in law by Gov. Matt Blunt, which enacts a statewide cable franchise agreement, AT&T will invest $335 million over the next three years to bring cutting edge video and Internet services to Missourians.
