During Capital for a Day in Sedalia Gov. Matt Blunt visits State Fair Community College where his comprehensive higher education plan including the Lewis and Clark Discovery Initiative is having a measurable impact the campus and student scholarships. The new health and science building, made possible in part by $2 million from the Lewis and Clark Discovery Initiative, is 37 percent complete.
