Blunt Makes Appointments to State Boards and Commissions
JEFFERSON CITY–Gov. Matt Blunt announced appointments of members who will serve on various boards and commissions.
Air Conservation Commission
Gary J. Pendergrass (R), 56 of Springfield, is manager of environmental compliance for City Utilities. Pendergrass holds a bachelor’s degree in geology from Missouri State University and a bachelor’s degree and a master’s in geological engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla. Pendergrass’ appointment is subject to Senate confirmation for a term ending on Oct. 13, 2009.
Richard H. Rocha (R), 41 of Kansas City, is a principal environmental engineer at Bayer CropScience LP. Rocha holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Pennsylvania State University and a master’s of engineering management from the University Kansas. Rocha’s appointment is subject to Senate confirmation for a term ending on Oct. 13, 2008.
Kevin L. Rosenbohm (R), 46 of Graham, is owner of Rosenbohm Farms and president of Graham Seed, Inc. Rosenbohm holds a farm operation degree from Northwest Missouri State University. Rosenbohm’s appointment is subject to Senate confirmation for a term ending on Oct. 13, 2009.
Clean Water Commission
Daniel A. Johanningmeier (D), 55 of St. Louis, is retired from Missouri American Water Co. Johanningmeier spent 31 years in distribution system construction and maintenance work. Johanningmeier’s appointment is subject to Senate confirmation for a term ending on April 12, 2010.
Coordinating Board for Early Childhood
The Honorable Thomas J. Frawley, 59 of St. Louis, is a circuit judge for the 22nd Judicial Circuit. Frawley holds a bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College and a juris doctorate from the University of Missouri. Frawley’s appointment is subject to Senate confirmation for a term ending at the pleasure of the governor.
Stacey D. Owsley, 35 of Columbia, is director of Missouri Head Start Collaboration Office. Owsley holds a bachelor’s degree in human development and family studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Owsley’s appointment is subject to Senate confirmation for a term ending at the pleasure of the governor.
Missouri Dental Board
Eric J. Aubert, 46 of St. Louis, operates Forest Park Dental. Aubert holds a bachelor’s degree from Tulane University and a doctorate in dental medicine from Southern Illinois University. Aubert’s appointment is subject to Senate confirmation for a term ending on Oct. 16, 2011.
Missouri Juvenile Justice Advisory Group
Tyler I. Page, 22 of Independence, is a student at Truman State University majoring in political science and justice systems. Page’s appointment is for a term ending at the pleasure of the governor.
Missouri State Board of Accountancy
John P. Tvrdik, 39 of Ellisville, is a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Tvrdik holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Missouri. Tvrdik’s appointment is subject to Senate confirmation for a term ending on July 1, 2011.
