Blunt Appoints Douglas R. Beach 21st Judicial Court Associate Circuit Judge
ST. LOUIS –Gov. Matt Blunt appointed Douglas R. Beach as Associate Circuit Judge of the 21st Circuit Court in St. Louis County.
Beach, 57 of Chesterfield, is an attorney with Beach, Stewart, Heggie & Mittleman, LLC. Beach holds a bachelor’s degree from Central Connecticut State University and a juris doctorate from the New England School of Law in Boston. He retired in 1993 as a lieutenant colonel from the United States Marine Corp Judge Advocates office.
Beach will fill the vacancy created by Michael T. Jamison’s appointment to serve as circuit judge of the 21st Judicial Circuit. He is one of three qualified persons nominated by the 21st Judicial Circuit Commission.
