Blunt Appoints Members to State Boards, Commissions and Councils
JEFFERSON CITY - Gov. Matt Blunt, today, appointed members to serve on several boards, commissions and councils.
Advisory Commission for Marketing Missouri Agricultural Products
Gary L. Heldt of Hermann is manager of MFA Coop #130. Heldt received a bachelor’s degree in agriculture from the University of Missouri. Heldt’s appointment is subject to Senate confirmation for a term ending on Apr. 10, 2009.
Air Conservation Commission
Richard D. Voisey of St. Louis is the former senior director of corporate labor relations for Anheuser- Busch. Voisey received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Washington University. Voisey’s term is subject to Senate confirmation for a term ending on Oct. 13, 2008.
Children’s Trust Fund Board
Patrice O’Neil Mugg of Kirkwood, a former teacher, is involved with the Kirkwood School District Foundation, Greentree Community Church Mentoring program, and North Kirkwood Middle School PTO. Mugg received a bachelor’s degree in education from Southwest Missouri State University. Mugg’s appointment is subject to Senate Confirmation for a term ending on Sep. 15, 2007.
Clean Water Commission

Governor’s Council on Disability
Daniel P. Card of Kirkwood is an attorney with Beetem & Card, LLC. Card received his bachelor’s degree in political science from Trinity College in Connecticut and a juris doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law. Card’s appointment as chairman is subject to Senate confirmation for a term ending on Oct. 1, 2007.
Kathleen M. Fagin of Chesterfield is the chief operating officer for Easter Seals Missouri. Fagin received a bachelor’s degree and master’s in communication disorders from St. Louis University. Fagin’s appointment will end on Oct. 1, 2007.

John A. Pelzer of Jefferson City is president of John Pelzer & Associates, LLC.
