Blunt Orders Flags Flown at Half-staff in Memory of William Crain

JEFFERSON CITY–Gov. Matt Blunt today announced that all flags at state facilities in Missouri will be flown at half-staff on Friday, October 20 to honor the memory of William L. Crain II, a Missouri Department of Transportation seasonal employee who was killed while working on Interstate 44.

Flags will remain at half-staff until dusk on the evening of Friday, Oct. 20, 2006.
