Blunt Orders Flags Flown at Half-staff in Memory of Bob Eftink
JEFFERSON CITY–Gov. Matt Blunt today announced that all flags at state facilities in Missouri will be flown at half-staff to honor the memory of Bob Eftink, a Missouri Department of Transportation employee who was killed while working in a I-55 construction zone.
Flags will remain at half-staff until dusk on the evening of Monday, April 10, 2006.
