Blunt Orders Flags Flown at Half-staff in Memory of Judge Franklin

JEFFERSON CITY–Gov. Matt Blunt today announced that all flags at state facilities in Camden, Laclede, Miller, Moniteau and Morgan Counties will be flown at half-staff on Monday, June 12, to honor the memory of Judge James A. Franklin, Jr. of the 26th Judicial Circuit.

Flags will remain at half-staff until dusk on the evening of Monday, June 12, 2006.
