Blunt Orders Flags Flown at Half-staff in Memory of Kenneth Hoierman
JEFFERSON CITY–Gov. Matt Blunt today announced that all flags at state facilities in Missouri will be flown at half-staff on Friday, August 18 to honor the memory of Kenneth Hoierman, a Missouri Department of Transportation employee who was killed while assisting emergency responders on I-55.
Flags will remain at half-staff until dusk on the evening of Friday, August 18, 2006.
