Blunt Orders St. Francois County Flags Flown at Half-staff
JEFFERSON CITY - Missouri Governor Matt Blunt today ordered all flags at state facilities in St. Francois County to be flown at half-staff to honor the memory of Damon Black, who passed away on May 24th.
Black was the St. Francois County Assessor. Flags will remain at half-staff until dusk on Friday.
