Blunt Orders Flags Flown at Half-staff in Memory of Parks
JEFFERSON CITY–Gov. Matt Blunt today announced that all flags at state facilities in Missouri will be flown at half-staff to honor the memory of Rosa Parks who passed away on Monday evening.
Flags will remain at half-staff until dusk on the evening of funeral services honoring Rosa Parks.
