Blunt Orders Flags Flown at Half-staff in Memory of Victims of Katrina
JEFFERSON CITY—Gov. Matt Blunt today announced that in accordance with President George W. Bush’s proclamation all flags at state facilities in Missouri will be flown at half-staff to honor the memory of the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
Flags will remain at half-staff until dusk on the evening of Tuesday, September 20, 2005.
