Blunt Orders Jefferson County Flags Flown at Half-staff
JEFFERSON CITY - Missouri Governor Matt Blunt today ordered all flags at state facilities in Jefferson County to be flown at half-staff to honor the memory of Eleanor Koch Rehm, who passed away today.
Rehm was the Jefferson County Clerk. Flags will remain at half-staff until dusk on Friday.
