Flags Flown at Half-staff in Recognition of Patriot Day
JEFFERSON CITY–In recognition of Patriot Day and in accordance with President George W. Bush’s proclamation and House Bill 983 signed by the governor this year, Gov. Matt Blunt announces that all flags at state facilities in Missouri will be flown at half-staff on Monday, September 11.
Flags will remain at half-staff until dusk on Monday, September 11.
