Blunt Orders Flags Flown at Half-staff in Memory of Deceased Police Officer
JEFFERSON CITY - Missouri Governor Matt Blunt today announced that all flags at state facilities in Boone County will be flown at half-staff until dusk on Tuesday, Feb. 15 to honor the memory of Columbia Police Officer Molly Bowden who was killed in the line of duty.
Gov. Blunt will attend Officer Bowden's funeral service tomorrow in Columbia.
