Blunt Appoints J. Kent Howald 42nd Judicial Court Circuit Judge
STEELVILLE–Gov. Matt Blunt appointed J. Kent Howald as Circuit Judge of the 42nd Judicial Circuit.
Howald, 55 of Steelville, has served as associate circuit judge for Crawford County for 18 years. Howald holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from William Jewell College and a juris doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
Howald will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Max Price for a term ending on Dec. 31, 2006.
