Blunt Appoints Jones as Johnson County Recorder of Deeds
WARRENSBURG—Gov. Matt Blunt announced the appointment of Janet (Jan) K. Jones (R) as Johnson County Recorder of Deeds.
Jones, 51 of Warrensburg, is a customer service specialist at Enersys Energy Products Inc. In this capacity Jones is the primary contact for customers and is responsible for North American original equipment manufacturers, domestic and international distributors and intra-company accounts. She has also owned and managed Rental Property Management since 1978. Jones attended Central Missouri State University.
"Jan Jones has a strong customer service and management background for this important county government office," Blunt said. "She will work tirelessly to earn the trust of the people of Johnson County and to give them the quality, professional service they expect and deserve."
Jones replaces Freddie Hunter who resigned.
