Blunt Appoints Thomas Clark 22nd Judicial Circuit Associate Judge
ST. LOUIS–Gov. Matt Blunt appointed Thomas C. Clark II as associate circuit judge of the 22nd Judicial Circuit.
"Thomas Clark’s experience as an assistant circuit attorney will serve him well as he takes on the new role of judge," Blunt said. "I am pleased he has agreed to continue his service to the people of our state in this capacity."
Clark, 39 of St. Louis, has served as an assistant circuit attorney in the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office since 1998. Clark holds bachelor’s degrees in journalism and history from the University of Kansas, a master’s of public administration and a juris doctorate from Saint Louis University.
Clark will fill the vacancy created by the resignation of the Honorable Iris Ferguson.
