Blunt Appoints Dale W. Hood 21st Judicial Court Associate Circuit Judge
ST. LOUIS–Gov. Matt Blunt appointed Dale W. Hood as Associate Circuit Judge of the 21st Circuit Court in St. Louis County.
Hood, 54 of Kirkwood, is an assistant prosecuting attorney in the St. Louis Prosecuting Attorney’s office. Hood holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s in economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a military strategy diploma from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth and a juris doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law. Hood is a veteran of Operation Desert Storm.
Hood will fill the vacancy created by the resignation of the Honorable Joseph Goeke. He is one of three qualified persons nominated by the 21st Judicial Circuit Commission.
