Blunt Appoints Robert Koffman 18th Judicial Court Circuit Judge
SEDALIA - Gov. Matt Blunt appointed Robert L. Koffman as the Circuit Judge of the 18th Circuit Court.
Koffman has served as the Associate Circuit Judge since his appointment to the position in 1981. He has also served as the acting Presiding Circuit Judge of the 18th Judicial Circuit in the absence of the Circuit Judge. Koffman is a member of the Executive Council, Legislative Steering Committee, and Circuit Court Budget Committee of the Missouri Judicial Conference. He lives in Sedalia and is an adjunct professor at the Missouri Judicial College.
Koffman replaces Donald Barnes for a term ending when a successor is elected or appointed and qualified.
