Blunt Orders Flags Flown at Half-staff in Memory of Judge McMillian
JEFFERSON CITY–Gov. Matt Blunt today announced that all flags at state facilities in Missouri will be flown at half-staff to honor the memory of Judge Theodore McMillian of the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
Flags will remain at half-staff until dusk on the evening of funeral services honoring Judge McMillian.
