Blunt Appoints Etter to Missouri Higher Education Loan Authority
JEFFERSON CITY–Gov. Matt Blunt today appointed Randy L. Etter to the Missouri Higher Education Loan Authority.
Etter, 53 of Jefferson City, is the executive director of the Advanced Technology Center in Mexico affiliated with Linn State Technical College. Etter holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from Northeast Missouri State University and a master’s in national security and strategic studies from the United States Naval War College.
“Randy Etter will make a great addition to the MOHELA board as they continue to support Missouri students,” Blunt said.
Etter’s appointment is subject to Senate confirmation for a term ending on Oct. 22, 2009. He replaces James Ricks who resigned.
