Gov. Blunt’s State of the State Address Now Available on iTunes

Missourians Can Download Speech Online or Add to MP3 Players

JEFFERSON CITY–Gov. Matt Blunt today launched his first podcast on iTunes providing Missourians a new way to access information from his office. The podcast features the governor’s State of the State address.

“We are working diligently and making great strides to build a stronger Missouri, and I am excited to provide Missourians yet another way to access information about their state,” Blunt said. “We use technology in many ways to better our lives and make things more convenient and efficient. It is my hope that, in the same way, making information available in a wide range of formats will help provide more choices for Missourians to get the information they want from my office.”

Missourians can download the address and future podcasts through iTunes or the governor’s Internet homepage at http://www.gov.mo.gov. Also on the governor’s Website, Missourians may access an MP3, video streaming or text version of the governor’s State of the State address.
