Statement from Gov. Blunt on Passage of Sen. Talent’s Combat Meth Legislation
“I commend Sen. Talent on his successful effort in getting a tough anti-meth bill through the United States Senate. Sen. Talent’s bill will protect Missouri’s borders by preventing meth cooks from transporting chemicals across state lines to produce this deadly drug.
“Missourians can be proud that we passed the strongest anti-meth legislation in our state’s history last year. Sen. Talent’s passage of similar legislation for the entire country will benefit all states-including Missouri.”
