Rep. Jodi Stefanick to Join Blunt Administration as Healthcare Advisor

JEFFERSON CITY—Gov. Matt Blunt issued the following statement on the addition of Rep. Jodi Stefanick to his administration as Senior Healthcare Policy Advisor:

"I am pleased that Rep. Stefanick has agreed to join my administration as we continue our efforts to reform our state’s social welfare programs. Rep. Stefanick has been a leader on this issue in the legislature and authored many of the social welfare budget reforms I recently enacted."

"Her expertise with both the budgetary and policy aspects of Medicaid will be invaluable to us as we work to maintain generous social welfare programs through the responsible use of existing Missouri tax dollars."

Stefanick has worked as a financial healthcare consultant for Washington University’s School of Medicine. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee and a master’s in business administration from the University of South Carolina.
