Statement from Gov. Matt Blunt on Wal-Mart Generic Drug Program
“This is an innovative program with the potential to expand access to health care as well as decrease costs of health care services. The program will also help Missouri reduce the escalating costs of pharmacy services for Medicaid recipients. We recognize the important role pharmacists play as part of a health care team and continue to encourage coordination of care through Medicaid transformation.”
