Statement from Gov. Matt Blunt on Senate Passage of Healthcare Technology Fund
Today, Senate Members passed Senate Bill 858 that would create the Healthcare Technology Fund.
“I commend the Senate for passing this important legislation that will help bring healthcare delivery in Missouri into the 21st century. The Healthcare Technology Fund, created in this bill, will ensure that basic technology is part of the improved delivery of healthcare services for all Missourians and will help us explore new and innovative ways we can use technology to improve care, reduce administrative costs, and eliminate waste and fraud.”
